Together in Bloom does not accept returns, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us via email as soon as possible.
Your 100% satisfaction is very important to us. Please keep in mind that assistance with returns and damages is only available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Changes to your order

If you require changes to be made to your order, please contact us immediately and we will check your order status.
Some orders are processed immediately and may not be changed.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, so that we can try our best to accomodate any changes.

Cancellations

At this time, Together in Bloom does not accept cancellations, any order made through this website is final.

Damages & Delays

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will contact our delivery/courier company to file a claim on your behalf.
In order to process your claim, Together in Bloom require that you return your order to us. Please contact us for further information.

Together in Bloom is not responsible for packages arriving late and can not issue refunds if your order arrives later than expected.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide ample shipping time for the order to arrive prior to your event date.
