What are your Lead Times?

All of our products are made to order. We handcraft each and every sign.
Our current production time is 2 weeks.
If you require a rush order, please get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.


Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

As all of our signs are handcrafted to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for purchases due to change of mind. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can assist!

Can you Create Something Custom for me?

Definitely! Please get in touch if you would like something custom made for you.
Just send us a message with detailed information regarding the size, colours + the type of design you are after.
We also require the event date if this is for a wedding or party!


How should I Care for my Sign?

When transporting your sign, we recommend you leave it wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage.
All of our signs can be used outside for special events, however please do not leave your sign outside permanently.
This may result in the colour fading, and damage to the timber from the elements.
Should you need to clean your sign, wipe with a damp microfibre cloth. Do not scrub or use chemicals.


Do you offer different Stains & Colours?

The standard stain we offer is a beautiful dark walnut finish.
If you are after a particular stain for a custom order, please let us know.
We can also use a variety of paint colours.

The standard colour we offer for our designs/text is white.
Please get in touch if you are after a particular colour, and we can show you options.


What Font options are there?

If you are after a specific font to match your other wedding stationary, please get in touch.
